Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is directed exclusively at consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal personality that acts in the performance of its commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.
2. Contracting party, conclusion of contract, correction options
The purchase contract is concluded with Priotech Industrie GmbH.
By placing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You may initially place our products in the shopping basket without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained for this purpose in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products contained in the shopping basket by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive confirmation by e-mail.
3. Contract language, storage of contract text
The language(s) available for the conclusion of the contract: German
We save the contract text and send you the order data and our GTC in text form. You can view the contract text in our customer login.
4. Delivery conditions
Delivery options
We ship products to the delivery address provided during the ordering process. We deliver by shipping only. Unfortunately, self-collection of the goods is not possible. We do not deliver to packing stations.
5. Payment
5.1 Prices
The prices stated at the time of the order apply. These are total prices and include statutory value-added tax.
5.2 Payment methods
In our shop, the following payment methods are generally available to you.
Credit card:
You enter your credit card details during the ordering process. Your card will be charged immediately after the order is placed.
SEPA direct debit:
By placing the order, you grant us a SEPA direct debit mandate. We will inform you of the date of the account charge at least one banking business day in advance (so-called pre-notification). A banking business day is any working day with the exception of Saturdays, nationwide public holidays, and December 24 and 31 of each year.
PayPal:
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, legitimize yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after the order is placed. You will receive further information during the ordering process. PayPal may offer further payment methods to registered and selected PayPal customers in their customer account. However, we have no influence on the offering of these methods; any other individually offered payment methods relate to your legal relationship with PayPal. Further information can be found in your PayPal account.
Sofort by Klarna:
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Sofort GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich, you must have a bank account enabled for online banking, legitimize yourself accordingly, and confirm the payment instruction. Your account will be charged immediately after the order is placed. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
6. Warranty and guarantees

The statutory right of liability for defects applies.

We are always liable without limitation for claims due to damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents
in the event of injury to life, body, or health,
in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
in the event of guarantee promises, if agreed, or
as far as the scope of the Product Liability Act is opened.
In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which enables the proper execution of the contract in the first place and on the observance of which the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal duties) due to slight negligence on our part, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract at the time of conclusion. Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.
8. Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here. We are willing to participate in an out-of-court arbitration procedure before a consumer arbitration board. The competent body is the Außergerichtliche Streitbeilegungsstelle für Verbraucher und Unternehmer e. V., Hohe Straße 11, D-04107 Leipzig, www.streitbeilegungsstelle.org.
Should individual clauses of these GTC be wholly or partially invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain in effect. Where individual clauses are invalid, the content of the contract shall be governed by statutory provisions.
